Glassdoor’s Top 10 Best Companies to Work

Workers who are ready to switch their job have a better chance to try their hands on one of the following companies. A job search portal Glassdoor has listed 100 top places to work across the US in its recent 10th annual list.

The companies listed here were selected for anonymous employee ratings from 1 to 5 and reviews. In the top 10 list, every company scored up to 4.5 with the overall average of 3.3 among over 700,000 companies on Glassdoor.

Even though Silicon Valley giants showing stronghold, the list of this year shows a huge range of companies hiring in the world. The list includes top employers in retail, tech, healthcare, consulting, consumer goods, and even more, according to Robert Hohman, Glassdoor’s co-founder and CEO.

The values and culture of the company, as well as opportunities which exist, are as vital as the benefits and compensation. It is something which is common.
